The property offers stunning views from the terrace, making it ideal for relaxation. However, the misleading title was a disappointment as it's a condo with beach views, not a penthouse directly on the beach.The spacious rooms with individual bathrooms were clean and comfortable, but some amenities, like the kitchen appliances, needed maintenance. The location, though not central, provided a peaceful escape with easy beach access.While the friendly and helpful staff, including Rodrigo, enriched our experience, the value for money aspect could be improved by ensuring accurate property titles and resolving maintenance issues promptly. Despite these setbacks, the tasteful decor and serene surroundings made our stay enjoyable, striking a balance between comfort and cost effectiveness for travelers seeking a peaceful retreat near the beach.
